A heart shape is cut through at the centre here, leaving an open outline traced edge to edge with rhinestones rather than filled solid. The stud sits close to the ear and closes with a push-back post, weighing eight grams. It comes in two gold finishes, one noticeably warmer than the other, so the shape stays identical while only the tone shifts.
